How to order an inspection?
You can order on line, telephone, email or using our optimized web application from your smartphone.
Is the price the same for any size of property?
The price of the inspection depends on the size of the property. We tell you in advance how much is each inspection.
How long takes to get the final report?
The inspection is send it to you within 48 hours (except very extensive reports).
Can I get an electronic report?
Yes, you can get electronic report or physical paper report or both.
Do you do inspection in the entire State of Florida?
Yes.
Do you do all kind of property inspections?
Yes, we do the majority of the types of inspection you need.
How can I pay your services?
You can pay by credit card, debit, check or cash.
The inspections are paid in advance?
Yes. The inspection must be paid in advance by credit card or debit,
In case you like to pay by check, you must leave the check at the property to pick it up before we start the inspection.
How a cancellation proceeds?
Once you order the inspection and if you like to cancel it, you must call or send email with a minimum of 6 hours before the scheduled inspection.
If you do not do so as indicated we charge the full price of the inspection.
Can we get discount fees for the inspections, when we are frequent customers?
Yes. In that case you must call us to give you preferential prices.
Do you have special discounts for Veterans, militaries or federal employees?
Yes. But you have to call on the phone to provide us your information.
These walls do not have a structural element like a beam to tie the entire structure.
